We just spent a month in Vietnam. Absolutely loved it. Usually when I travel, my photography bag is at least 10kg, often more. But this time was different. We were travelling light. I didn’t want to be lugging around massive lenses, flashes, big bodies. Before we left I bought a Lumix LX100. It’s tiny, compact and the lens is only 24-70mm. It felt strange not having big gear, and only a wide lens, it’s a different way to shoot, but street photography is a different style of shooting. All the photos on this blog were taken on the Lumix, or a phone.
