I’ve started work on a very exciting project with Clare Richards of Clare’s Kitchen. Home of Cooking in Clare’s Kitchen Clare approached me to do the food photography in Cairns for her Tropical produce cookbook. She has some amazing mouthwatering recipes, all using the great produce we have up here in North Queensland.

These are black sapotes – I love the look and colour of this fruit
Clare made an unbelievable sauce to put over this cray tail.
And the Papaya Soup! Wow.
