A new concept for this year’s Carnivale is the Food Fight. Chef’s from eight local restaurants are given secret ingredients and 40 minutes to create a feast. As well as the event photography, I produced interviews with the chefs to be played on the big screen.
The event was sold out and photographing it was great fun.
