Jen and Stefan came from Switzerland to be married at Oak Beach, near Port Douglas.
It was a very intimate beach wedding, with only a handful of family and friends, and it was beautiful.
Jen was given away by her Mum.
She looked absolutely stunning.
It happened to be a very windy day, but it didn’t bother anyone. 
The ceremony was simple and sweet…
I’d asked Jen privately when we met before the wedding what her dress was like, she told me and also told me she didn’t know what Stefan was going to wear. He’d said if he couldn’t know what she was wearing, she couldn’t know what he was wearing.
And he looked fantastic!
After the ceremony there were champagne and canapes on the lawn.
Then Stefan, Jen and I went for a stroll along the beach.
And we found a swing.
Oak Beach is a very special place, and one of my favourite beaches in the Port Douglas area.
It’s beautiful to see something as special as Jen & Stefan have.
And now, after a few days with family and friends in the beach house, they’re back to travelling around Australia in their van.
Jen and Steve, have a great time exploring, and it was a delight to photograph your wedding.

Thank you so much again for the wonderful photos. You truly captured so many of the special moments. It has now been almost a year since that day and we have looked at the photos countless times, each time smiling a little more 🙂 You did a fantastic job and you were lovely to have around, we never felt like we had to pose and that was exactly what we were after.
