Beck and Tim had a real elopement. No-one knew they were going to be married on their holiday to Port Douglas. (Or maybe 2 friends did to help Beck with choosing a dress).
When they arrived in Port Douglas we met for a coffee and they were one of the sweetest most relaxed couples I’ve met. After a few days in Port, they moved into Silky Oaks Lodge, were they were to be married on side of the Mossman river. I arrived early for the wedding so I could photograph Beck’s wedding preparations.
I love her reaction of seeing herself in the mirror in her wedding dress. It was all starting to feel like it really was happening.
Tim was waiting at the river with celebrant Sarah Woods
and Beck came down the stairs looking lovely.
The ceremony by Sarah was simple and sweet and full of love.
so Tim could write in the sand,
to get this image below. I also took the same photo on Beck’s phone for her so she could send it to family and friends to let them know that Beck and Tim just got married on their holiday to Port Douglas.
Back at Silky Oaks a special table was set for their wedding dinner, over looking the river. Here is their cute little Wedding Cake For Two.
Congratulations Beck and Tim – it was an absolute pleasure doing your wedding photography.
