Rebecca and Kristian were married on the beach. Sea Temple Port Douglas is at the southern end of 4 Mile Beach and a perfect private spot for a wedding ceremony.
The vintage themed ceremony was beautiful. When Rebecca got to the top of the aisle to Kristian, they just held hands and smiled for a while.
Celebrant Sarah Woods had a part in the ceremony about a father’s relationship, and the giving away of the bride.
Then there were drinks on the boardwalk,
and Kristian, Rebecca and I wandered down the beach…
When the rest of the bridal party caught up, we had a sock show-off.
At the golf course we had buggies and drinks.
Rebecca and Kristian are a very relaxed, very fun couple
We wanted to do some photos with the whole wisecracking bridal party…
…then Kristian announced he did want some serious photos. Here they all are being very serious.
By here I had lost complete control of the shoot. I have no idea what they are doing.
I did manage to get some control briefly…
The Best Man. Jimmy showing us what to do if you don’t have enough champagne glassses on hand.
These last 3 are by the Mark the groomsman. He blames the (lack of) lighting on my assistant.
Congratulations Rebecca and Kristian – and I loved shooting your wedding.
