THE MILLERS ARE MARRIED AGAIN! – A WEDDING BBQ IN PORT DOUGLAS

Sally and Mike got married in Stinger Park in Port Douglas.  It was their 3rd wedding, so it was a very casual, very lovely BBQ in the park.

Mike’s from the States and Sally is Australian so they were married 1st in Vegas, then had another celebration in the US and now a 3rd here in Port Douglas where they live.

Sally just wanted the photos to be a document of the day, no portraits, just friends BBQing in the park.  I was also a guest at this wedding – the rain held off and it was a fantastic afternoon! (I even got to take photos with a drink in hand! Although it’s a bit tricky)

There were drinks and snacks of little sliders to start

Father Beasley had christened their son Beau that morning, so he stayed on for the marriage blessing.

Because they are already married.

They did naturally reach into each other at one stage to kiss, but it wasn’t up to that part yet and they had to pull back.

But then they could kiss!

Port Douglas locals, doing what they do best…

Mike is a chef and had made the most amazing pulled pork – the food was American and Australian

And American dessert – here are the Maple Bacon Cakes.

What a fantastic day it was!!
